The members of the Fund's Advisory Board are successful business leaders and investors, many of whom have significant knowledge of and have been successful in implementing, the lean management strategies and acquisition-driven growth strategies that are the foundation of the Fund's investment strategy. Advisory Board Members invest in the Fund, serve selectively as directors of and/or consultants to the Fund's portfolio companies, and generally support the Fund in all aspects of its investment activity.
