Michael C. Jackson
Co-Founder
Michael Jackson is a co-founder of Ironwood Management Partners, LLC. He founded Housatonic Partners in 1994 and is a special limited partner of their funds. He was an Advisory Director, Managing Director or Partner at Lehman Brothers for over 35 years until his retirement in early 2003. Mr. Jackson's career at that firm began in 1968 and included the management of the Corporate Finance Department as well as the Private Placement, Telecommunications and Investor-Owned Utility Groups. Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the School for Advanced International Studies at John Hopkins, and the New York University Graduate School of Business. He is currently Chairman of the Hampshire Group, a director of Lemaitre Vascular, South Florida Media Group, Vox Communications, and North American Specialty Glass. He is Chairman of the Board of Finance of Washington, Connecticut, a member of the investment committee of the Megunticook Funds and is on the advisory committee of Tuckerman Capital.
