Focus Four Holdings was formed to purchase the assets of the Muzak franchises for West Palm Beach, Florida; Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama; Roanoke, Virginia; and Bristol, Tennessee in partnership with management partners who are experienced Muzak franchise operators.
Developments since Initial Investment
Focus Four has substantially upgraded its management team. The franchisor of the proprietary music services which Focus Four provides is now a subsidiary of Mood Media Corporation, which is emphasizing the MOOD brand identity. These traditional services have been provided in the markets Focus Four serves for over 40 years; the team is now expanding on this base by installing and servicing sophisticated audio, video, closed circuit camera systems and electric signage. Since Ironwood's investment, revenues from both traditional services and newer services have steadily increased.
