Don Stevens is a leading wholesale distribution business representing top brands across HVAC, foodservice and lodging equipment, selling to equipment dealers and contractors in the Upper Midwest, with nine branch locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, Nebraska and Missouri.

Developments since Investment

• Don Stevens has been selected by one of its leading manufacturing partners to represent it in additional territories.
• The Company is building another North Dakota branch to serve increased demand.
• The Company has been solicited to represent additional manufacturers in its served territory.
• The Company is working on lean initiatives to improve its working capital utilization while maintaining its high customer service standards.  With growth, it is believed Don Stevens will be able to increase sales faster than its investment in working capital.
